The Lost City of Ubar My work is concerned with the land and the way that memories and meanings are written upon and within it. One of its important paradigms is the uncovering of accumulated layers of human memory beneath the ground, as practised in archaeology. Recently I have been playing with these ideas using miniature buildings and landscapes that explore our sense of scale and the way in which extended space is mapped within the human mind.
